Kardium develops medical devices for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
The Engineering Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and drive engineering projects in a fast-paced technical hardware development environment.
The role works with directors, managers, team leads, and cross-functional contributors to maintain schedules, track deliverables, identify risks, and align teams.
Work Arrangement
- This is a hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, British Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of cross-functional engineering projects.
- Develop integrated project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and dashboards.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely decisions.
- Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, and maintain progress against schedules.
- Prepare project gate reviews and drive actions, ECOs, change control, material requests, prototype builds, design verification, and process validation tasks.
