Role Overview
Kardium develops the Globe Pulsed Field System for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
The Operations Application Support Specialist will improve Operations efficiency by troubleshooting custom applications, assessing application-use inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement projects.
Work Arrangement
- This is an on-site role located in Burnaby, British Columbia.
- The role involves a rotating or variable schedule because of manufacturing operations.
Schedule Requirements
- Evening shifts and weekend coverage are part of the regular responsibilities.
- Candidates must adjust their availability based on operational demands and support schedules.
- Occasional work on statutory holidays may be required.
Meaningful Work
- Investigate and resolve user-reported Operations issues and tickets.
- Perform root-cause analysis, maintain troubleshooting guides, escalate critical incidents, and communicate updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Application Engineers and Production leaders to improve application use and identify inefficiencies.
