Role Overview
The Operations Application Support Specialist will improve Operations efficiency by troubleshooting custom applications, assessing application-use inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
The role supports operations for Kardium's Globe Pulsed Field System medical device manufacturing environment.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
- This is an on-site role located in Burnaby, British Columbia.
- The role involves a rotating or variable schedule because of manufacturing operations.
- Evening shifts, weekend coverage, and occasional statutory holiday work are part of the regular responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user-reported Operations issues and tickets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and maintain troubleshooting guides for common issues.
- Escalate critical incidents and communicate troubleshooting updates, priorities, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Application Engineers and Production leaders on application use and inefficiencies.
- Support training, release communications, user acceptance testing, and evaluation of proposed feature requests.
