Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with relevant departments to understand current processes
- Map and document existing workflows (AS IS) using standardized process documentation methods
- Design optimized future state workflows (TO BE) focused on eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies
- Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of approved process improvements
- Train staff in newly developed or updated processes to ensure smooth adoption
- Monitor process performance post implementation using key metrics (e.g., time, cost, quality)
- Collaborate with PMO, Innovations Manager, Automation Specialist, and other stakeholders
- Conduct ROI and impact assessments for each automation project
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing improvements achieved, cost savings, and productivity gains
Requirements
- Experience in process improvement or business process optimization
- Knowledge of process documentation methods (AS IS/TO BE)
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Role Overview
