Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- 0 2 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process documentation, business analysis, or related areas
- Exposure to process mapping, workflow documentation, or business analysis through coursework, projects, co op, internship, or volunteer experience is considered an asset
- Strong willingness to learn about business processes, systems, and organizational operations
- Ability to gather, organize, and document information through discussions, interviews, workshops, and research
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills

Purpose of the Position
- Located in Calgary, AB and reporting to the Business Architect, the Process Analyst Intern will support business transformation initiatives by documenting, analyzing, and helping implement business processes that advance strategic objectives and operational excellence.
- This is an 8 month internship opportunity designed for students and recent graduates looking to gain hands on experience working with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather requirements, evaluate process improvements, and develop process documentation.

Position Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL) is considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or business analysis concepts is considered an asset.
