Role Overview

Support the full revenue cycle management lifecycle for healthcare billing operations.

The role covers billing functions including EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals, denial management, and accounts receivable.

Strong analytical skills and typing speed are required, along with daily productivity target achievement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform revenue cycle management and relevant billing activities.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and solve complex scope-related problems with little or no supervision from a lead.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business and operational processes supported by the work scope.
  • Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues across multiple projects and resolve them promptly.

Job Details and Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of industry experience.
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in relevant billing functions.
  • Net typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Good written and listening skills in English.
  • Willingness to work US shift timings.
  • Proficiency in Excel and typing.
  • Graduate qualification, including Commerce or computer applications.
  • Familiarity with Cerner applications and related applications is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technical environments and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
