About the Role
Dr. Sunny Medical Centre is seeking a PRO Assistant to manage facility and professional health licenses, handle renewals, and ensure compliance with DHA, SHA, and MOHAP regulations.

Responsibilities
- Managing facility health licenses and renewals.
- Managing professional licenses and renewals.
- Handling all licensing requirements in compliance with DHA, SHA, and MOHAP regulations.
- Processing applications, renewals, amendments, and other regulatory requirements through the relevant government systems.
- Coordinating with and visiting government authorities when required.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the STAT team.
- Maintaining licensing records and ensuring all renewals and regulatory deadlines are met.
- Assisting with day to day licensing activities and covering my responsibilities during my absence to ensure continuity of work.
Requirements
- Experience with DHA, SHA, and MOHAP licensing processes
- Knowledge of healthcare licensing systems and regulations
- Previous PRO experience
- Experience dealing with government authorities and offices
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Familiarity with MOHRE and ICP systems is an advantage
