- Design visually compelling, on brand marketing materials including direct mailers, advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, signage, brochures, and promotional handouts.
- Collaborate with cross functional marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging visual designs.
- Capture and produce high quality photo and video content, including on location video shoots for marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
- Edit, enhance, and retouch photos and videos using industry standard software.
- Create AI generated videos and incorporate AI powered creative tools.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to and enforcing established brand guidelines.
- Standardize marketing collateral to maintain cohesive visual identity.
- Refresh and update marketing assets annually to keep branding modern and relevant.
- Research and apply current design trends, AI powered creative technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
