- Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
- Greet patients when they call

- Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
- Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
- Listening to customers' needs to generate repeat sales
- Answering customers' questions on the products/packages
- Meeting sales quotas
- Providing customers with information about company's products or services
- Generating repeat business by promoting new offers
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
Requirements
- Min 1 2 years experience in telesales or as call centre agent
- Willing to work in evening shifts (2pm 10pm) or weekends, as needed
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker
