Role Overview

  • Private Emirati family seeking an experienced, well traveled, and highly organized Private Travel Planner.
  • Role is not a travel agency or ticketing role; requires extensive personal travel experience.
  • Ideal candidate is passionate about travel and has visited a wide range of international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end to end travel experiences for family members.
  • Create personalized travel itineraries based on family's interests and travel style.
  • Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and exclusive experiences.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, chauffeurs, guides, and VIP services.
  • Arrange visas, travel insurance, permits, and all required travel documentation.
  • Prepare detailed travel books with itineraries, reservations, emergency contacts, maps, and daily schedules.
  • Continuously research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, and seasonal experiences.
  • Monitor travel advisories, weather conditions, local events, and destination specific requirements.
  • Manage last minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, airlines, and premium service providers.
  • Coordinate with family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, family office support, concierge services, or lifestyle management.
  • Experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, cruise lines, exclusive resorts, and global tourist destinations.
  • Excellent knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
