- Oversee the complete leasing cycle from inquiry to contract execution
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, Ejari, AML, and company policies
- Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports and analyze KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role
- RERA Broker Card (preferred)
- UAE Driving License

Role Overview
- The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the leasing department, maximizing occupancy, increasing leasing revenue, managing the leasing team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.
- The role involves developing leasing strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring compliance with all Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
- Secure exclusive leasing mandates from landlords and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and build long term client relationships
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage Leasing Consultants
- Set individual and team sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of departmental objectives
- Foster a high performance and collaborative team culture
- Oversee the complete leasing cycle from inquiry to contract execution
- Ensure timely property viewings and client follow up
- Monitor availability, pricing, and market competitiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- RERA Broker Card (preferred)
- UAE Driving License
- Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role
