Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group Marketing Strategy
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans and manage budgets and ROI
- Identify new growth opportunities and market trends
- Position each company with a unique value proposition while maintaining a unified corporate identity
- Develop scalable lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion funnels
- Manage paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels
- Oversee SEO and website optimisation, improve landing page performance
- Implement marketing automation and drive CRM integration and campaign tracking
- Maintain consistent corporate branding and develop marketing collateral
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy and supervise content creation
- Support HR through employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Organize property launches, coordinate developer events, manage exhibitions and networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5+ years of marketing management experience
- Experience in real estate is highly preferred
- Strong digital marketing expertise
- Proven success managing paid campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Excellent analytical and commercial thinking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Passion for AI and marketing innovation
