Role Purpose
- The Private SAM Lead is responsible for defining and driving the private expansion strategy for J&J portfolio in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on policy shaping, strategic payer partnerships, and engagement with top private healthcare customers.
- The role supports the private reimbursement agenda, ensuring sustainable inclusion of products across private health insurance providers, CHI frameworks, and priority private hospital groups, while enabling business growth and long term access predictability.
- This is a strategic role, acting as the primary interface with senior payer decision makers, shaping private policies, and guiding execution through cross functional teams.
