- Prepare daily meals for the family as per dietary preferences and meal schedules
- Cook authentic Arabic cuisine, including traditional Emirati, Lebanese, Levantine, and Middle Eastern dishes
- Prepare international cuisine when required, including continental, Mediterranean, Asian, and healthy meal options
- Plan weekly menus in coordination with the family or household manager
- Ensure all meals are prepared to a luxury hospitality standard
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
- Source, check, and manage high quality ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Handle food preparation for family gatherings, guests, private events, and special occasions
- Manage food inventory, kitchen equipment, storage, and expiry dates
- Follow specific dietary requirements, allergies, preferences, and special meal plans
- Work professionally with household staff, service team, and the house manager
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Family Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role
- Previous experience with private families, VIP households, luxury villas, royal families, or luxury hospitality organizations
- Strong experience in preparing Arabic cuisine is mandatory
- Good knowledge of international cuisine and healthy cooking
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper kitchen standards
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Private Chef for a luxury private family in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with private families, VIP households, royal families, or luxury hospitality organizations such as 5 star hotels or high end restaurants.
- The Chef must be skilled in preparing high quality daily meals, private dining menus, and special occasion meals.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine is essential, along with the ability to prepare international dishes as per the family’s preferences.
