Role overview
Full-time, permanent Privacy Expert position based at the New Delhi headquarters.
The role owns program-grade privacy expertise for client work involving confidential, political intelligence and medical-adjacent information across 18 countries.

Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive privacy program with consistent policies and processes.
- Establish privacy governance with security and compliance officers.
- Lead privacy compliance and act as the accountability point for regulators, clients and auditors.
- Track, investigate and report inappropriate access or disclosure, including early pattern monitoring.
- Perform privacy risk assessments and document mitigation and remediation for audit readiness.
- Manage consents, authorizations, notices and associate agreements for external data flows.
- Develop privacy training and monitor compliance with other assessment functions.
- Run incident response through containment, investigation, notifications and remediation.

- Demonstrated depth of skill in the specific privacy discipline is expected.
