- Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget, and forecasts

- Analyze funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete, and variance analysis
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions
- Develop, monitor, and report on localization effort including offset credit claims
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule reporting systems

- Develop and maintain visual controls and dashboards
Requirements

Position Overview
- The Project Planning and Controls specialist supports operations of Raytheon’s new Coyote program factory in Tawazun Industrial Park. Ensures end to end project planning, scheduling, and control activities.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget, and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Oversee lifecycle and operational aspects of projects.
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
- Analyze funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete, and variance analysis.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on localization effort.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule reporting systems.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze program metrics.
- Develop and maintain visual controls and dashboards.
Qualifications You Must Have
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of scheduling and earned value management.
- Hands on experience with relevant tools and reporting systems.
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented mindset.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and data analysis.
- Experience with earned value management reporting.

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years, or high school with 8 years.
