About the Role
Raytheon seeks a Principal Specialist in Project Planning and Controls to support the Coyote program factory in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing program schedules, budgets, and reporting, ensuring end-to-end project planning and control.

- Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget and forecasts on behalf of the Program Manager
- Provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaise between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports and analysis such as critical path and variance analysis
- Assist in analyzing funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete and variance analysis
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop, monitor and report on localization effort including offset credit claims, local content and value add calculations
- Develop and maintain a weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule reporting systems
- Develop, monitor and analyze program metrics to provide early visibility of progress against plans, delays, risks or gaps
- Develop, maintain and update visual controls and dashboards to support operational decision making and priority setting
Requirements
- A University Degree in a relevant field related to the role description
- 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong understanding of scheduling and earned value management
- Hands on and proven experience with relevant tools and reporting systems
- Advance proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel and Data analysis (pivot tables, trackers, dashboards)
- Experience and knowledge of earned value management reporting, tracking and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree in engineering or applied science or 6 years of relevant experience, or high school graduate with 8 years of relevant experience

Qualifications You Must Have
