Position Overview
- The Project Planning and Controls specialist will support operations of Raytheon's new Coyote program factory in Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP).
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain program schedule, budget, and forecasts.
- Support establishing and maintaining program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Oversee lifecycle and operational aspects of projects.
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports.
- Analyze funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on localization effort including offset credit claims.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly schedule reporting systems.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze program metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and update visual controls and dashboards.
Qualifications You Must Have
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of scheduling and earned value management.
- Hands on experience with relevant tools and reporting systems.
- High attention to details and documentation discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented, speak up mindset.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and data analysis.
- Experience and knowledge of earned value management reporting.
