About the Role

- Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget and forecasts on behalf of the Program Manager
- Establish and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Oversee lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, liaising between project management, planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports including critical path and variance analysis
- Assist in analyzing funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete and variance analysis
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop, monitor and report on localization effort including offset credit claims, local content and value add calculations
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule reporting systems
- Develop, monitor and analyze program metrics to provide early visibility of progress against plans, delays, risks or gaps
- Develop, maintain and update visual controls and dashboards to support operational decision making
Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant field
- 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong understanding of scheduling and earned value management
- Hands on experience with relevant tools and reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and data analysis
- Experience with earned value management reporting
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Overview
- Raytheon is building the Coyote factory in the UAE for next generation counter UAS technologies.
- The Project Planning and Controls specialist supports operations of the Coyote program factory in Tawazun Industrial Park.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget and forecasts on behalf of the Program Manager.

Qualifications You Must Have
