AI capability and delivery
- Lead model selection and evaluation across delivery teams, matching models to operational needs.
- Design guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows that keep AI outputs safe, explainable, and trusted.
- Own the AI capability roadmap within Hive and prioritize work against measurable outcomes.
- Work with the principal solution architect to fit AI components into the wider platform architecture.
Responsible AI and tooling
- Set standards covering AI evaluation, bias, safety, and human oversight.
- Embed AI tooling into engineering workflows and support teams in adopting it effectively.
- Track the evolving AI landscape and provide practical recommendations rather than hype.
- Represent Analog's responsible AI approach with clients, partners, and regulators when required.
Candidate requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience leading AI or machine learning engineering in a product or platform team.
- Production experience with model selection, evaluation, and guardrail design.
- Experience setting responsible AI standards that withstand scrutiny.
- Comfort embedding AI tooling into engineering workflows and bringing other engineers along.
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment about when AI should not be used.
- Defence, government, or other high-stakes regulated-sector experience is a strong plus.

Work arrangement
- This is a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi and working closely with engineering and product leadership.
