Role Overview

Lead and orchestrate complex delivery programs for Analog.

Maintain delivery momentum across milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and parallel workstreams.

What You Will Do

  • Plan milestones, dependencies, and critical paths with the PMO.
  • Maintain RAID logs and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Synchronize parallel delivery streams and resolve priority or resource conflicts.
  • Conduct program reporting and governance forums with clear, timely status updates.
  • Manage client-side dependencies and drive decisions and inputs needed for delivery.
  • Collaborate with client counterparts to resolve issues directly and quickly.
  • Align plans, budgets, and scope with program finance controllers and principal product managers.
  • Escalate risks and blockers early with clear options and solutions.

What You Will Bring

  • Substantial senior or principal project management experience on large, complex delivery programs.
  • Strong critical path planning, dependency management, and RAID discipline.
  • Direct management of client-side dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience working with a PMO and using structured governance and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across clients, delivery teams, and leadership.
  • Calm, organized, methodical approach under pressure.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
