A leading global consulting firm is looking to hire a Principal – HR Transformation to join its high-performing team in Dubai or Riyadh.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with C-suite executives, lead large-scale HR transformation programmes, drive business development, and shape the future of HR for some of the region's most prominent organizations.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of consulting experience in HR Transformation
- Strong expertise in at least three of the following: HR Strategy, HR Operating Model, Organizational Design, Process Redesign, HR Technology, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end HR transformation engagements, including operating model design, shared services, technology enablement, vendor selection, and implementation
- Strong business development experience with the ability to originate and grow consulting opportunities
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic (native)
- Experience with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer, or other leading HR/Management Consulting firms is highly preferred.
