Associate Recruitment Consultant - Legal Desk

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen legal professionals for opportunities across the GCC.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and candidate interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Support consultants on live mandates and urgent hiring requirements.
• Proactively headhunt and identify high-quality legal talent.
• Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain organised candidate pipelines.
• Build knowledge of the GCC legal market, clients, and hiring requirements.
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the Legal Desk.
• Work toward individual and team targets in a high-performance environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Have a minimum of six months of agency recruitment experience.
• Have strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Have a genuine interest in recruitment, sales, and working with people.
• Be commercially minded with a strong desire to achieve and progress.
• Be energetic, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Be motivated to develop a career within specialist recruitment.
• Be fluent in English.
• Legal recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
