Responsibilities
- Manage Solution delivery: translate business challenges, troubleshoot site based evidence for specific solutions
- Translate priority elements of solutioning to meet Business Unit objectives for technology domain(s)
- Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes
- Ensure solutions designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists to ensure correct implementation
- Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout delivery
- Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations
- Work with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities
- Surface technical trade offs, risks, and dependencies early

- Manage Solution delivery
