Principal Software Engineer

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications
• Proficient in C programming under Linux development environment
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and large-scale, distributed, and/or high-performance software design and architecture
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to leverage AI to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the security or networking industry
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, similar technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with TCP/IP networking software development
• Teammate who brings a can-do attitude to a dynamic working environment and is comfortable learning new technologies and platforms
• Preferred Qualifications
• Go, python experience preferredExperience with Redis or NoSQL database preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms and kubernetes preferred
• Graduate degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or similar technical discipline or equivalent military experience is preferred

• Compensation Disclosure
• The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
