About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Security Engineer to provide technical leadership across cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, and enterprise security transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Lead security architecture and engineering initiatives across enterprise platforms.
- Define cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and reference architectures.
- Design secure solutions for banking applications, cloud environments, and digital channels.
- Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security assessments.
- Guide security engineering teams on secure coding and vulnerability remediation.
- Support incident response and cyber investigations.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop cybersecurity engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in cybersecurity
- Expertise in security architecture and engineering
- Experience with IAM, PAM, and encryption technologies
- Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and threat detection
- Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS)
- Experience in threat modeling and risk assessments
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CSPO
