Principal Recruitment Consultant role at a Dubai-based recruitment firm serving AI, fintech, and crypto companies.
The consultant will own a specialist market, develop business, build global talent pools, and place senior professionals.
Role responsibilities
- Own a defined niche in AI, fintech, crypto, or an adjacent market.
- Bring in clients and develop new business alongside an established inbound client base.
- Build global talent pools rather than only local candidate shortlists.
- Source candidates internationally for roles across the region and beyond.
- Place senior professionals into client companies.
- Attend relevant industry events to build market relationships and talent networks.
Candidate requirements
- 3 to 8 years of recruitment experience.
- Agency-side recruitment experience is essential.
- Consistent billings above AED 1 million or equivalent.
- Full 360 capability, including opening doors and closing roles.
- Based in Dubai or genuinely open to relocating.
- Interest in AI, fintech, crypto, or an adjacent specialist market.
- Motivation to build and own a market rather than only work within an existing process.
