About the Role
Crypto.com seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end user transition from identity verification to active trading on the Exchange. This role manages KYC, re-KYC, deposit/withdrawal, first trade activation, and onboarding rewards.

Responsibilities
- Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution, including multi vendor routing optimization and self serve configurability.
- Own the re verification experience for existing users, designing low disruption Re KYC journeys with clear communication and grace period management.
- Own the deposit and withdrawal experience across all markets, including payment method availability, eligibility rules, limits, and onboarding of new payment methods.
- Own the progression from first deposit to first trade and beyond, removing barriers and optimizing conversion at each rung of the activation ladder.
- Own the onboarding reward ladder from KYC completion onward, including KYC approval incentives, first deposit bonuses, and first trade cashback.
- Own the product roadmap for adding new markets and new local payment methods in coordination with BD, Legal, and Engineering.
- Use agentic AI tools with human in the loop practices to accelerate delivery and champion AI native product development practices.
Requirements
- 6 8+ years in Product Management
- Proven experience at a high growth technology company (crypto exchange, fintech, neo bank, or multi asset broker preferred)
- Specific experience with IDV platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design is a strong plus
- Technical fluency: understands payment gateway logic, ledger systems, and API integration
- Deep understanding of global KYC and AML standards (FATF, regional equivalents), SCA, GDPR, and local payment regulation
- SQL fluency; proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent for funnel analysis
- Demonstrable use of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) with human in the loop practices
- Proven ability to lead cross functional squads and influence Legal, Risk, and Compliance without formal authority
- Track record of taking a major onboarding or payments flow from a known friction point to shipped and measurably improved

About the Role
- Crypto.com Exchange serves tens of millions of users globally; this role owns the transition from verified identity to funded active trader end to end across five areas: KYC Approval, Re KYC, Deposit & Withdrawal, First Trade & Activation, and Onboarding Rewards.
- This is an execution first, high ownership role driving stakeholders to unblock, prioritise, and ship without waiting for direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution; build toward multi vendor routing optimisation, self serve configurability, and composable IDV components.
- Lead initiatives to combat synthetic fraud through liveness challenges, e ID integrations, and ML powered fraud scoring.
- Own the Re KYC experience for existing users, designing low disruption journeys with communication cadence and grace period management.
- Own the deposit and withdrawal experience across all markets, including payment method matrix, eligibility rules, limits, and onboarding new payment methods.
- Own the progression from first deposit to first trade and beyond, removing barriers and optimizing conversion at each rung.
- Own the onboarding reward ladder from KYC completion onward in coordination with Campaigns.
- Own the product roadmap for adding new markets and new local payment methods.
- Use agentic AI tools with human in the loop practices to accelerate delivery.
