  • This is a principal-level role - you own the product vision and roadmap across a complex portfolio, and you're accountable for delivery, not just strategy.
  • You'll be working across government partners, technology teams, UX, and commercial stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You'll need to translate regulatory and operational requirements into things that can actually be built, and then make sure they get built well.
  • You're the escalation point.
  • You set the bar for how the product organisation works.
  • This isn't a role for someone who wants to refine a mature product.
  • It's for someone who can lead through ambiguity and make the right calls under pressure.

  • 7+ years in product, with a track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - government, enterprise, or regulated industries a strong plus
  • Equally comfortable in a vision conversation and a sprint review - you can do both well
  • Data-driven by instinct: you use analytics, user research, and testing to drive decisions, not opinions
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and how to collaborate effectively with design
  • Familiar with agile delivery and how to make it work in practice, not just in theory
  • Strong communicator - you can align a government partner and a developer in the same week
  • High ownership mentality - you set the standard and hold others to it
