- Hands on and up to date experience with Aspen HYSYS, Flare Analyzer, EDR, Pipesim and Pipenet
- At least intermediate level experience in PROMAX
- Working knowledge of OLGA and/or strong experience in interpretation of outputs
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer or member of professional engineering society preferred

Job Overview
- Principal Process Engineer with hands on offshore process platform experience comprising: Compression, Gas Dehydration, Vapor Recovery, Flare and Utilities and Brownfield work.
- Proven lead level capabilities at EPC stage along with strong HYSYS and offshore Process Systems experience is required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Become fully familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter discipline requirements.
- Identify changes to scope and promptly raise change notifications.
- Interface with all disciplines to develop clash free designs.
- Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
- Maintain close co ordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning and Project Management Team.
- Document substantive communications and forward copies to Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager.
- Prepare estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and man hour estimates.
- Prepare bid's and project's Discipline engineering budget and execution plans.
- Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope.
- Prepare, review and (as Lead Engineer) approve Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies and technical specifications.
- Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables.
- Review project schedule and fabrication schedule in relation to construction sequence, milestones and engineering scope.
Essential Qualifications and Education
- Principal process engineer, 15 to 20 years in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant predominantly performing detail design.
- Hands on and up to date experience with a range of process engineering tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Flare Analyzer, EDR, Pipesim and Pipenet.
- At least an intermediate level experience in PROMAX required.
- Working knowledge of OLGA and / or strong experience in the interpretation of outputs and ability to raise RFQ and managing the flow assurance performed by 3rd party contractors required.
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering.
- Preferably Registered Professional Engineer or member of professional engineering society as applicable.
