Role Overview
Serve as a specialist in advanced technology solution development within the Commercial and 1859 team.
Support the Bank's digital transformation through backend development, artificial intelligence, and cloud services.
Contribute to the Intelligent Client Management and Enablement platform by automating and improving business processes.
Your Role
- Design and develop robust, scalable application services and interfaces in cloud-based environments.
- Enhance a document processing platform to meet strategic objectives.
- Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to automate business processes.
- Optimize the quality, performance, and security of production solutions.
- Contribute to DevOps practices, automation, and infrastructure management.
- Influence technical direction and promote development best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Significant backend development experience using modern programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments and services such as AWS or Salesforce.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools, including infrastructure management and continuous integration.
- Proficiency with GitHub or similar version control and collaboration tools.
- Ability to design robust, scalable technology solutions.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and automation solutions such as Power Automate, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
- English and French language skills are required for frequent discussions with service providers or partners.

The Commercial and 1859 Technology and Innovation Vice-Presidency operates as an agile, collaborative group of technology specialists.
The role joins the Innovation team and reports to a Technology Development Manager.
