Your Role
- Design and develop robust, scalable application services and interfaces in cloud-based environments.
- Enhance a document processing platform to meet strategic objectives.
- Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to automate business processes.
- Optimize the quality, performance, and security of production solutions.
- Contribute to modern DevOps practices, including automation and infrastructure management.
- Influence technical direction and promote development best practices within the team.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related field is required.
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience is required.
- Significant backend development experience using modern programming languages is required.
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments and services, including AWS and Salesforce, is required.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools is required.
- Proficiency with version control and team collaboration tools such as GitHub is required.
- The candidate must be able to design robust, scalable technology solutions.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and automation solutions is required.
Technologies and Languages
- Relevant technologies include Java, Python, AWS, Salesforce, GitHub, Microsoft Power Automate, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
- Additional required languages are English and French.
Team and Development
The Innovation team works in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner within the Commercial and 1859 Technology and Innovation Vice-Presidency.
The role reports to a Technology Development Manager.
