About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with client leadership teams to understand challenges, define IT strategies, and lead case teams to transform client potential into performance
- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture to leverage digital potential
- Evaluate and coach clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations
- Manage diverse teams of consulting talent, providing mentoring, feedback, and creating growth opportunities
- Contribute to Practice Area development and strengthen BCG Platinion brand as an AI and digital leader
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation
- Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals)
- Track record in IT transformation delivery
- Expertise in IT/Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent academic degree
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
