About the Role

- Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches
- Develop and deploy customized training on Agile concepts, cultures, behaviors and practices
- Shape digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing technical solutions and client circumstances
- Carve the path for tailored, future oriented customer journeys based on analysis and market trends
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related discipline
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Proven track record of orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large Agile programs
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics
- Formal Agile qualifications (CSM, CSPO, CSD, PSM, PSPO, SAFe) highly desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond

What You'll Bring
