About the Role
BCG Platinion seeks an AI Tech Consultant for Enterprise Solutions to lead digital transformation projects in the Middle East. You will support end-to-end enterprise solutions programs (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM) and contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter.

- Support clients through end to end enterprise solutions transformation programs (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing)
- Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter by sharing expertise, attending conferences, and authoring articles
Requirements
- Above average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- 3 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning or Manufacturing
- Solid grasp of end to end business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS OIL) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI)
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a strong plus
