About the Role

- Contribute to Practice Area development and strengthen BCG Platinion brand as AI and digital leader
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation
- Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals)
- Track record in IT transformation delivery
- Expertise in IT/ Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent academic degree
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus

What You'll Do
- Work closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy in for your recommendations and lead fellow BCG case team members.
- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture in order to leverage the digital potential of our customers.
- Evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations and escalations.
- Manage diverse teams of consulting talent, helping them flourish by provoking thought, team mentoring, knowledge sharing, giving frequent feedback.
- Contribute to the Practice Area development and help to strengthen the BCG Platinion brand as a AI and digital leader.
What You'll Bring
- 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation
- Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals)
- Track record in IT transformation delivery
- Expertise in IT/ Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent academic degree
