About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan man hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing requirements
- Ensure project work coverage for vacation and unplanned absences
- Ensure team adherence to engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
- Support standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates
- Participate in project execution strategy and planning
- Manage project change and progressing for the discipline
- Lead weekly Instrumentation & Control meetings, review progress reports
- Initiate, manage and supervise engineering assignments on projects
- Organise and manage workload of a team of discipline engineers and designers
- Review data from multiple sources and prepare engineering studies, analyses, calculations
- Craft recommendations and review final documentation prior to customer approval
- Participate in bid clarifications, conduct bid evaluations, complete interdiscipline vendor information review
Requirements
- Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from an accredited university
- MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is mandatory
- Recent experience in upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects
- Engineering Design experience (Feasibility/Concept, FEED, EPC)
- Last 3 5 years' experience must be related to offshore projects
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking same is an advantage

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
