About the Role
Worley is seeking a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to provide instrumentation & controls engineering services on large or mega projects in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities
- Provide instrumentation & controls engineering services on large or mega projects
- Coordinate with project discipline and lead engineers to ensure correct implementation of the design
- Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications
- Resolve specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards
- Participate in HAZOP, PHA, HIPS, SIS, SIL, Value engineering, Constructability, Model Review, Lesson learned workshops
- Provide procurement support for RFQ, TBE and Vendor Document Reviews
- Provide construction support in technical queries, field verifications and handling LSTK/LTA Contractors
Requirements
- A recognized and relevant engineering degree
- Extensive technical and practical experience in instrumentation & controls engineering in the same or similar industry
- Experience in large or mega engineering projects
- Knowledge and experience with instrumentation & control systems such as process instrumentation, RTU, SCADA, Fire & Gas, Hydraulic ESD Systems & Valves
- Hands on experience in design calculations and system studies
- Experience in procurement support (RFQ, TBE, Vendor Document Reviews)
- Involved in construction support (technical queries, field verifications, handling LSTK/LTA Contractors)
- Advanced knowledge of International and Saudi Aramco Standards
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and instrumentation & controls engineering specific software

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
- A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
- Participated in HAZOP, PHA, HIPS, SIS, SIL, Value engineering, Constructability, Model Review, Lesson learned workshops.
- Knowledge and experience working with instrumentation & control systems such as process instrumentation, RTU, SCADA, Fire & Gas, Hydraulic ESD Systems & Valves.
- Hands on experience in design calculations and system studies.
- Experience in Procurement support is required for RFQ, TBE and Vendor Document Reviews.
- Involved in construction support in technical queries, field verifications and handling LSTK/LTA Contractors.

- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
- Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work.
- Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the instrumentation & controls engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and instrumentation & controls engineering specific software.
