Responsibilities
- Prepare and review key process engineering deliverables, including Process Design Basis, Heat & Material Balances, PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and process calculations.
- Carry out process simulations, equipment sizing, and technical evaluations to support project design and execution.
- Ensure process engineering activities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, applicable standards, and Worley procedures.
- Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA studies.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
- Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start up phases as required.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, licensors, and project teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve process performance, operability, energy efficiency, and overall project value.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support the development of the process engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- 15+ years of process engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and EPCM projects
- Extensive GCC project experience is preferred
- Saudi Aramco project experience considered a strong advantage

Qualifications

- 15+ years of process engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and EPCM projects.
