Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own architecture and implementation of GenAI and agentic solutions after scope is defined.
• Integrate solutions with client authentication, data access, existing systems, and legacy interfaces.
• Adapt builds on-site as real usage reveals unforeseen edge cases.
• Debug and resolve production issues directly in client infrastructure.
• Set up monitoring and create handoff documentation for the client's team.
• Serve as the primary technical client contact during delivery.
• Lead the delivery pod for GenAI and agentic engagements when appropriate.
• Support presales when pursuit volume exceeds Hub capacity.
• Feed delivery learnings into estimation and pattern libraries.
• Manage client expectations during scope or timeline changes.

Requirements and skills

• 10–15 or more years shipping production software with hands-on GenAI, LLM, or agentic build experience.
• Full-stack GenAI application experience across orchestration, retrieval, integration, and deployment.
• Ability to debug infrastructure, application code, and model behavior.
• Enterprise integration experience with SSO, legacy APIs, and data governance constraints.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or Strands Agents, and Google Vertex AI.
• Open-source frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex are advantageous.
• Strong senior technical presence and client-facing communication under time pressure.
• Experience taking ambiguous designs to working production systems.
• Forward-deployed, startup, or embedded-consulting experience is advantageous.
• Resilience in on-site client delivery with visible deadlines.
