Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa, operating as Techvista, is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst for corporate banking initiatives.

Role Overview

The role bridges business requirements and technology solutions across corporate banking initiatives.

The position requires corporate banking expertise and collaboration with business stakeholders, operations, vendors, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Understand corporate banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional specification documents, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
  • Liaise between business users, vendors, and development teams.
  • Support solution design, system integration, SIT/UAT, and production rollout activities.
  • Analyze data, APIs, interfaces, and system dependencies for technical solutioning.
  • Ensure solutions comply with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Techno-Functional Analyst within the banking sector.
  • Strong corporate banking domain knowledge.
  • Experience with corporate banking products and services, including account onboarding, payments, and corporate internet banking.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process modeling, and functional and technical documentation experience.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Technical Exposure

  • Exposure to digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and system integration projects is required as a supporting technical capability.
  • CBAP, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with Middle East banking institutions is preferred.
