Position overview
Join Autodesk's Applied Intelligence design team in the Experience Foundations organization of the AEC Division.
Build an AI design framework that scales across the Autodesk platform and help evolve AI-augmented design development.
Act as a liaison to engineering teams while creating standards, processes, and practices that improve quality and delivery speed.
Responsibilities
- Develop adaptive, context-aware UI components that scale across agentic workflows.
- Architect and maintain a modular framework for personalized and agent-assisted user experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish scalable processes that accelerate delivery from prototype to deployable solutions.
- Coach designers and troubleshoot challenges as they develop AI-augmented development skills.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development.
- Experience creating and maintaining reusable UI components and component libraries.
- Must-have experience using Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or an equivalent LLM-based coding agent for complex features.
