Role Overview
Join Crusoe Energy as the Principal Electrical Engineer and serve as the department’s technical authority on power distribution, power protection, and switchgear design.
In this high-impact role, you will define the engineering standards and technical strategy for our modular integrated electronics buildings and critical power infrastructure.
You will move beyond day-to-day drafting to architect robust power systems, solve complex protection coordination challenges, and lead the technical direction of the electrical engineering team.
You will be the "go-to" expert for regulatory compliance ( NEC, IEEE, UL ) and the final approver for critical design decisions.
While this is a technical leadership role, you will also mentor staff and senior engineers, driving a culture of technical excellence and precision.
This role is open to relocation.

- Compensation Range
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $225,000 -$255,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
