- Lead and oversee end to end e commerce operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity
- Manage and develop a team of 3 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor e commerce performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of ERP systems supporting e commerce operations
- Develop and implement operational processes, controls, and best practices
- Monitor KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E commerce, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in e commerce operations, supply chain, or related fields
- Proven experience managing e commerce operations and supply chain processes
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their integration with e commerce operations
- Experience in creating reports, consolidating data from multiple sources, and presenting business insights
- Strong analytical, data organization, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to drive initiatives independently
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Systems, or related fields preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Job Requirements
