About the Role

Responsibilities
- Organize digital assets, CAD datasets, and variant sets to support efficient validation workflows and reviews
- Gather required CAS & engineering data and prepare CAD overlays within visualization tools (e.g. Autodesk VRED) to support technical reviews
- Facilitate VR reviews and technical validation sessions with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and structured feedback capture
- Collaboratively configure & run NViz sessions within VRED to facilitate perceived quality reviews
- Maintain & calibrate fully motorized VR buck and facilitate VR reviews using the equipment
- Set up and keep VR and visualization hardware calibrated, functional, and ready for stakeholder sessions
- Help improve visualization pipelines by identifying inefficiencies and supporting automation initiatives (e.g., scripting, process enhancements)
- Develop and apply best practices for data preparation, visualization, and validation processes
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Design, CAS, CMF, Engineering, Manufacturing) to align validation activities with project objectives
- Apply industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines within all validation and prototype related activities
- Keep asset libraries, validation records, and documentation updated and structured for traceability and reuse
Requirements
- Experience in visualization and technical validation within automotive or design environment
- Proficiency in Autodesk VRED or similar visualization tools
- Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams (Design, CAS, CMF, Engineering, Manufacturing)
- Knowledge of data management and validation practices
- Experience with VR hardware and calibration

Job Overview
