- Oversee yard operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments
- Lead shipping teams and manage daily execution aligned with sales demand and production constraints
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy) and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lead safety inspections and incident prevention
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Sales, Quality, Assembly, Logistics) to resolve operational challenges
- Manage shipment planning, system accuracy (SAP/WMS), and reporting
- Support special operations, pilot programs, and continuous process optimization
- Coach team members and ensure effective shift handovers and communication
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or yard operations
- Knowledge of SAP/WMS systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of HSE standards
