Principal Advisor to EVP Project Development (44359)

Partner with senior leaders across Project Development and Corporate functions to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Work closely with the Project Leadership Team, Communications, Digital, and Project Services teams.

Operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on transformation, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the business to align priorities and achieve results.

Work Environment, Pay & Benefits:

This position is based in our Denver, CO corporate headquarters, with flexibility for hybrid work. The base salary range is $86,500–$115,300 (reflecting market rates and your qualifications). The final base pay offer will be based on individual factors such as your experience, and skills – we do not ask for or use your prior pay in setting your compensation. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and personal performance.
