Provide expert project controls leadership to develop, implement, and optimize systems, processes, and reporting that drive project performance, support informed decision-making, and help deliver successful project outcomes.
As a Principal Project Controls professional, you will provide strategic oversight and subject matter expertise across complex capital projects. You will ensure project schedules, budgets, reporting, risk management, and performance controls are aligned to business objectives while supporting leadership teams with accurate insights and recommendations.
Develop and enhance project controls processes, systems, and standards across multiple projects.
Create, maintain, and optimize project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking tools.
Monitor project performance against key milestones and KPIs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Lead risk identification and mitigation activities to support successful project delivery.
Partner with project leaders and stakeholders to provide accurate project, financial, and progress reporting.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting project performance, opportunities, and risks.
Promote compliance with project controls standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance on project controls methodologies, tools, and processes.
Facilitate project reviews and project controls meetings to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Influence decision-making by delivering strategic insights and recommendations to project and business leaders.

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
