Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Primary Teacher role based in Dubai, following the UK curriculum.
- The Primary Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with UK curriculum standards, ensuring progression in core subjects for primary aged learners.
- Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning resources, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, and maintaining an organized, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- The role involves regular communication with learners, families, and colleagues, monitoring learner progress, providing feedback, and contributing to school initiatives, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- The teacher will also participate in ongoing professional development and support the school’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and elementary education skills, with proven experience working with primary aged learners.
- Experience in curriculum development and applying the UK curriculum in planning, teaching, and assessment.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear instruction, constructive feedback, and effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
- Relevant education qualifications, such as a degree in Education or a related field, and recognized teaching credentials for primary/elementary level.
- Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, learner centered classroom that supports diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Good classroom management, organizational skills, and familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Previous international or multicultural school experience is an advantage.
