Purpose of Role

Academic and Pedagogical Leadership

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery and promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
• Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.

Teaching Staff Management

• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
• Identify professional development needs, support training, and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Participate in recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.

Student Monitoring

• Oversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment and coordinate wellbeing strategies.

Family and Administrative Management

• Maintain timely communication with parents and guardians and participate in meetings and school events.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
